Conducting research to gain a deep understanding of the target audience. This may involve user interviews, surveys, observations, and studying user behavior and preferences.

I will plan and facilitate ideation workshops bringing together cross-functional perspectives. I will utilize methods like brainstorming, mind mapping, and mood boards to generate ideas. During brainstorming, I will encourage to think openly without judgement to build on each other’s concepts. Using mind mapping, I will visually organize emerging ideas and make associations between related concepts to expand possibilities.

I will build low-fidelity prototypes after sketching ideas in Figma. These prototypes are simple and quick to create, focusing on layout and functionality. Further on I will develop high-fidelity prototypes that closely resemble the final product. These may include detailed designs, interactions, and user flows. Iterations and refining to improve the prototype based on feedback and testing results.

I will conduct usability testing with real users to evaluate the prototypes. Observe how users interact with the design and gather feedback on its usability and effectiveness. I will use the feedback from usability testing to make necessary adjustments and refinements to the design.
